United Church in Walpole Celebrates "Walpole Day 2008"

An exciting Opportunity for United Church

On Sunday, May 18th, the Walpole Recreation Department, the Walpole Chamber of Commerce and Jalapeno’s Grille are hosting “Walpole Day 2008.  Organizations and business are invited to participate as a way to raise awareness in the community of what they’re all about. A parade will kick off the event at noon. 

Members of Growth are excited about this event and will participate in Walpole Day by signing up for a table.  This is an excellent way for us to make ourselves visible and to pass on the good news of who we are and what we do at United Church.

The Growth Committee would welcome other members of United Church to join us in the planning and execution of this event.  Ideas as to what we should feature on the table, and how best to invite our Walpole neighbors to come and visit with us would be most helpful.  If you would like to help in the planning and/or assisting with hospitality at the tables on May 18th, please call Shirley Lilly at 508-660-2625.
