Annual Bidding Bake-off Bonanza

In April, 2011, the Sr. Pursuit youth group hosted its 10^th annual Bidding Bake-off Bonanza, a fundraising and social event for the entire congregation which provides support for Pursuit’s summer mission trip.  Each Bonanza has had a different theme, but on the occasion of the 10^th the Bonanza returned to its original western theme, with bake-offs for chili, desserts, and kids’ creations, and a live auction of goods and services donated by Pursuit members and their families as well as many folks from the congregation. Thanks to hard work and generous donations of time, talent and gifts, the Bonanza raised over $5,000, allowing our mission trip to Nashville to be affordable for all.
